According to its official website, Buckinghamshire Building Society has served its members and the local community in Chalfont St Giles since 1907 and aims to be the best small building society; customers opening an account automatically become members. Its head office is on the High Street in Chalfont St Giles. Savings include easy access and notice accounts, Cash ISAs, fixed rate bonds, children's and young adult accounts, trust accounts, SIPP deposits and business, charity, club and local council accounts; the Chiltern Easy Access account can be opened with GBP 1. Mortgages (first-time buyer, residential, credit repair, short-term, later life, buy-to-let, limited company and expat buy-to-let, holiday let) are offered only through mortgage brokers. Accounts are managed through the mybbs online service, by post or in branch.
