Its services include transactional and savings accounts, personal loans, credit cards, funeral and life cover, business accounts and card machines, international payments, e-commerce payments through Capitec Pay, the Live Better rewards programme and Capitec Connect, presented as the country's largest mobile virtual network operator. It states that its banking app has 15 million active users and that its fraud prevention systems stopped more than 394,000 scam payments in a year.
