According to its official website, Esterad Capital is the brand of Esterad Capital Limited, a DFSA-licensed Category 3A asset management firm headquartered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The firm was established by Esterad Investment Company, listed on Bahrain Bourse, which it describes as having more than 50 years of track record in real estate, private equity and alternative investments; the official launch was announced from Manama on 9 October 2025. The site says Esterad Capital provides the origination, structuring and management of investment opportunities across multiple asset classes, mainly private equity, real estate and alternatives, to select family offices, high-net-worth individuals, corporates and institutional investors. It says it launched its first managed fund in February 2026 with a USD 27 million investment in a US-based travel centre. Listed in the DFSA register under reference F011371, the firm is, according to the DFSA record, endorsed to hold client assets and operate an Islamic window and authorised for dealing as agent, arranging deals in investments, advising on financial products, managing assets and managing a collective investment fund.
