The site states that the group is licensed by ASIC (AFSL 420224), the Seychelles FSA (SD062) and the Mauritius FSC (C119023893); in ASIC's record the licence holder is ETO Group Pty Ltd, but the site does not give the legal names of the Australian and Mauritian companies. ETO Markets Limited (Seychelles, company no 850672-1), which serves international clients, states that it is authorised by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) (SD062).
