The site footer gives the name Fortgate Offshore Investment and Legal Services Ltd., registration number 2024-00270 and an address in Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia; WikiFX's record lists the company as Fizmo Fx Markets Limited (Saint Lucia). The Saint Lucia registration is a company registration, not a financial services licence; the site states no licence from any state regulator, and WikiFX's record carries the warning "no forex trading license found". The domain was registered on 19 April 2024. In its bulletin no 2026/1 dated 8 January 2026, the SPK (Capital Markets Board of Turkey) listed fizmofxmarkets.com and my.fizmofxmarkets.com among sites found to offer unauthorised crypto asset services and leveraged trading to residents of Turkey and decided to take legal action to block access to them.
