International clients are served through fxtm.com by Exinity Limited in Ebene; the company states that it holds an Investment Dealer Licence from the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius (C113012295) and an FSCA licence in South Africa (FSP 50320). Exinity Capital East Africa Ltd in Kenya is said to be regulated by CMA Kenya as a non-dealing online foreign exchange broker, while Exinity Global Financial Services L.L.C. in Dubai holds only a promotion and introduction permit. According to the ESMA register, the CySEC authorisation of the EU entity ForexTime Ltd ended in May 2024; Exinity UK Ltd on the FCA register has applied to cancel its authorisation, and the United Kingdom is among the countries not served.
