UK-incorporated GB Bank Limited offers buy-to-let, bridging, and semi-commercial and commercial property loans to property investors and developers, funded by deposits from personal and business customers. The site says it received a significant investment from Hera Holdings in 2024 and provides structured finance to non-bank lenders through its subsidiary SilverRock Financial Services.
