The only entity operating grandcapital.net and serving international clients is Grand Capital Ltd, registered in Seychelles as an international business company (IBC) (HT01124138); its registered and operating addresses are in Providence Estate, Mahé. On 1 July 2024 the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) issued a warning targeting grandcapital.net, stating that Grand Capital Limited has never been authorised in Seychelles. Residents of the US, Seychelles, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Japan, Russia, Malaysia and several EU countries are not served. The company offers more than 500 instruments in 11 classes, including forex, metals, indices, energy, stock and ETF CFDs, cryptocurrencies, bonds and commodity futures, through Standard, MT5, Micro (cent), ECN Prime and Swap Free accounts on MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and WebTrader; copy trading and investment portfolios are also available. The minimum deposit is 10 USD on the Micro account, 100 USD on Standard, MT5 and Swap Free accounts and 500 USD on ECN Prime.
