According to its official website, Maisour is an online crowdfunding platform that offers access to curated, asset-backed investment opportunities in real estate. The site says investors can become co-owners of high-yield rental properties in the UAE from AED 500, receive a share of rental income and capital appreciation, have their returns paid into a Maisour wallet, and qualify for its Golden Visa programme by investing at least AED 2 million. According to its fees page, investing, deposits and withdrawals are free of charge; a 1.5% acquisition fee applies to each investment, together with a 0.5% annual administration and management fee and a 2.5% exit fee when assets are sold. Maisour is part of Meteora Group, which includes Meteora Developers, known for its projects in Jumeirah Lake Towers.
