Through partners, Mastercard Move offers cross-border payments to people and businesses and the funding of accounts, wallets and cards. According to the open finance page, Mastercard OB Services UK Limited is authorised and regulated by the FCA under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 (FRN 1007177) and offers account information services that let businesses' users connect their financial data.
