According to its official website, Naqdi is a broker offering forex and CFD trading that names Dubai as its headquarters and says it has more than 17 years of experience in the CFD industry; its FAQ section, however, states that the group's headquarters is in South Africa. naqdi Group PTY LTD is authorised by the FSCA (FSP 51598; registered office in Bramley, Johannesburg), and the site says naqdi Securities Currencies Brokers LLC is licensed by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) in the UAE (20200000150). The site says further licences in Europe, Malaysia and Kazakhstan are underway. Forex, index, share, metal, commodity and crypto CFDs are offered through Standard, Premier and Elite accounts on MetaTrader 5, the Naqdi mobile app and CopyTrader; it says it operates an STP model. Promotions include 6% annual interest on idle funds, up to 20% cashback, a deposit bonus and a referral reward, alongside IB, white label and liquidity solutions. Some countries, including the United States, are not served. This information is the company's own statement.

The complaint distribution is based on the 1-star reviews on Naqdi's Trustpilot page (18) as of 10 October 2026; one person's reviews count once, and records about fake sites and third parties using the Naqdi name are left out. Across the complaints, allegations that approved withdrawals went unpaid for months, slippage and order execution disputes, and persistent persistent calls from representatives urging investors to fund their accounts stand out.
