The complaint distribution is based on the 1-star reviews on OpenPayd's Trustpilot page (7) as of 8 October 2026; one person's reviews count once, and records about fake sites and third parties using the OpenPayd name are left out. Across the complaints, transfers that never reached the recipient or were rejected, allegations that balances were held after accounts were closed, and unanswered support requests stand out.
