According to its official website, Orbex has been operating since 2011. International clients are served through orbex.com; the site states that Orbex Global Limited in Ebène is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius and publishes its investment dealer licence certificate (C118023330). The site also says that Orbex Limited in Seychelles is licensed by the Seychelles FSA as a securities dealer, but gives no number. The same site also names Orbex Limited, registered in Saint Lucia, and Orbex LLC, registered in St Vincent and the Grenadines, as operators of orbex.com; these are company registrations, not licences. ORBEX Ltd in Limassol holds a CySEC licence (124/10); the company announced that this entity ended its EU business on 15 Jul 2025, and the CySEC list shows the voluntary renunciation of the authorisation as under examination. The company offers forex, crypto, commodity, share and index CFDs through Starter, Premium and Ultimate accounts on MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, FIX API and a mobile app; the minimum deposit is 100 USD on the Starter account and leverage is up to 1:500. Copy trading and PAMM services are also offered. Clients from the US, Iran, North Korea, Mauritius, Russia, Myanmar and Romania are not accepted. This information is the company's own statement.
