The site shows two companies: OTSO Market Ltd, incorporated in Saint Lucia under the International Business Companies Act (registration no. 2026-00677), and OTSO Markets (Pty) Ltd in Claremont, Cape Town, authorised by the FSCA under FSP number 54190. According to the site, the South African company acts as an intermediary that arranges access to financial products, platforms and liquidity providers and is not the product issuer, counterparty, market maker or custodian. The site's legal documents are issued in the name of OTSO Market Ltd. The site also displays ASIC AFSL 551283; in ASIC's open dataset this number is registered to Abigail Funds Management Pty Ltd as a licence for wholesale clients only. Clients can trade more than 50 forex pairs, gold, silver, platinum, WTI and Brent crude, indices and crypto CFDs on MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5. Standard and ECN accounts have a minimum deposit of 100 USD and leverage up to 1:1000; the MT5 Cent account requires a first deposit of 100 USD. Funding methods are local bank transfer, cryptocurrency and credit card. The firm says it does not serve countries such as the United States, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.
