According to the licences page, Photon Dance Fintech UK Limited is authorised by the FCA as an Authorised Payment Institution (FRN 801082), with its address at 36 Gerrard Street, London; the group holds a C&ED money service operator licence and an SFC licence in Hong Kong, a DFSA licence in Dubai and a KNF registration in Poland, is registered with FINTRAC in Canada and FinCEN in the United States, and says it holds money transmitter licences in many US states.
