According to its official website, RedMars is the registered trade name of Red Mars Capital Ltd (HE399243), a Cyprus Investment Firm authorised by CySEC under licence number 396/21 and based in Limassol (Vision Hire Court, Marikas Kotopouli). It offers access to 80 currency pairs, 43 indices, more than 3,000 shares, commodities, cryptocurrencies, bonds and more than 370 ETF CFDs via the desktop, web and mobile versions of MetaTrader 5. Account types are Standard, Micro, Prime and VIP; the minimum deposit is EUR 50,000 for the VIP account and EUR 5,000 for the professional account. Leverage for retail clients is capped at 1:30, and up to 1:500 on forex is stated for the professional account. The site says uninvested EUR balances earn 3.5% and USD balances 4% a year, that client funds are held in segregated accounts and that they are protected up to EUR 20,000 under the Investor Compensation Fund. Residents of the USA, Iran, Myanmar and North Korea are not served. This information is the company's own statement.
