According to the site footer, Ronghan International Limited is registered in England under number 09534814 and regulated by the FCA as an Electronic Money Institution (FRN 937049); client funds are held in safeguarding accounts. The compliance page also lists a money services business (MSB) registration with FinCEN in the United States and a money service operator (MSO) registration with Hong Kong Customs.
