According to its official websites, Sahm is a trading platform that brings US and Saudi shares together in one app. The group's Saudi company, Sahm Capital Financial Company, says on its website that it is a closed joint-stock company established in Riyadh on 20 January 2022 and licensed by the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA); the site mentions more than 3.3 million cumulative active users. According to the UAE website sahmfinancial.ae, Sahm Financial Limited is a DFSA-licensed investment firm registered in the DIFC; it connects retail investors in the UAE and the GCC to NYSE, NASDAQ and Tadawul through a single unified account and holds client assets in segregated accounts under the DFSA client money rules. The site announces that Sahm obtained its DFSA licence in April 2026 and says the group belongs to Valuable Capital Group, which has licensed entities in Hong Kong, the US, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and the UAE. According to its pricing page, the commission on US shares is 0.015 USD per share (minimum 0.49 USD or 1.99 USD). Sahm Financial Limited, listed in the DFSA register under reference F012218, is authorised with retail client and client asset endorsements for dealing in investments as agent, arranging deals in investments and advising on financial products.
