The complaint distribution is based on the 1-star reviews on SmartCrowd's Trustpilot page (6) as of 15 October 2026; one person's reviews count once, and records about fake sites and third parties using the SmartCrowd name are left out. Across the complaints, the lock-in period of at least one year and difficulty selling shares, fees seen as high, and proof-of-address verification problems stand out.
