According to its official website, Spread Co has provided spread betting and CFD services since 2006; Spread Co Limited (company no 05614477), whose registered office is in London (22 Bruton Street), states that it is authorised and regulated by the FCA (446677). There is no separate EU, Australian or offshore entity; separate identity document requirements are published for residents outside the UK and the EEA, and no list of restricted countries appears on the site. The company offers more than 1,000 markets, covering indices, shares, 38 currency pairs, commodities, gold and ETFs, through spread betting and CFD accounts on its own web platform and mobile/tablet app; charts are provided by TradingView. Accounts are opened as retail by default and can be converted to professional on request.
