According to its official website, St Paul's Forex is a small foreign exchange firm that offers individuals and companies better-than-bank exchange rates on international transfers; the site states that it is an authorised financial services provider (FSCA licence no. 49981). Services include sending money to family abroad, offshore investment transfers, automated monthly trades for people working abroad, inheritance transfers, payments for buying or selling property overseas, support for emigrating clients and import/export payments. The firm also assists with SARS tax clearance applications, South African Reserve Bank approvals for transfers above 1 million ZAR and emigration applications. The site states that accounts are free with no hidden fees, that it partners with leading banks and that rand balances earn interest. This information is the company's own statement.
