According to its official website, StreamBank (StreamBank PLC) is a UK bank with specialist lending and savings capabilities; according to the FCA register its address is in Cardiff. The bank describes itself as Britain's newest specialist bridging lender and offers property investors, developers and landlords bridging loans of GBP 100,000 to GBP 3 million for up to 24 months, commercial mortgages and development finance, directly or through brokers. On the savings side it offers 1, 2 and 5-year fixed rate accounts and a 90 Day Notice Account, each opened with a minimum of GBP 1,000 and a maximum of GBP 120,000, managed through an online customer portal.
