The complaint distribution is based on the 1-star reviews on the Suffolk Building Society Trustpilot page (1) as of 8 October 2026; one person's reviews count once, and records about fake sites and third parties using the Suffolk Building Society name are left out. Across the complaints, repeated credit searches for the same property in a mortgage application and allegations that a valuation fee was kept without a valuation stand out.
