The international site tiomarkets.com is operated by TIO Markets Ltd, registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines; the company states that this entity is authorised by the Mwali International Services Authority (MISA) in the Comoros (T2023224), which is not a licence from a state regulator. Group company TIO Markets UK Limited has been FCA-authorised since 2009 and accepts only UK residents (tiomarkets.uk), while Trade i.o Ltd holds a securities dealer licence from the Seychelles FSA (SD167) and serves clients through sey.tiomarkets.com.
