The app is free during early access and is currently available only on iOS via a waitlist. The company is Trustie Technology Limited, registered in Omagh, Northern Ireland. The site states that Trustie is not a bank, does not hold customer money and does not provide any account, wallet or balance, and that account information and payment initiation services are provided through the FCA-authorised Salt Edge Limited, for which Trustie acts as a registered agent. The FCA register, however, lists Trustie Technology Limited as an authorised electronic money institution since December 2025; the site does not mention this authorisation.
