The complaint distribution is based on the latest 1-star reviews on Trustly's Trustpilot page (69) as of 8 October 2026; one person's reviews count once, and records about fake sites and third parties using the Trustly name are left out. Across the complaints, payments taken from accounts that never reached the recipient, delayed refunds and duplicate debits, and customer support that could not be reached stand out.
