Ultima Markets Ltd / Ultima Markets (Mauritius) Ltd, which serves international clients, states that it is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius as a full-service investment dealer (excluding underwriting) (GB 23201593). Ultima Markets (Pty) Ltd in South Africa is an FSCA-licensed intermediary (FSP 52497); the product supplier is the Mauritius company. Ultima Markets UK Limited in the United Kingdom is stated to be authorised by the FCA (470325), but the site says the .com site is managed by the international entities and is not subject to FCA regulation. On 25 Sep 2026 the Hong Kong SFC added ultimamarkets.com and its apps to its list of suspicious websites.
