According to its official website, Weltrade is a forex and CFD brand founded in June 2006 as SystemForex and renamed Weltrade in March 2012. The client agreement on weltrade.com is with Weltrade Ltd, incorporated in Saint Lucia on 27 February 2023 under number 2023-00055 and registered in Gros-Islet (formerly Systemgates LTD); the site does not state any regulatory licence for this company, so the company serving international clients is unlicensed. Group company Weltrade SA (PTY) Ltd is licensed by South Africa's Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) for intermediary services in derivative instruments (FSP 50691); its South African client agreement says it is not a CFD provider and only refers clients to Weltrade Ltd. Some payment methods are processed by Danoa Enterprises Ltd in Limassol. Residents of the US, Canada, the UK, EU member states, Russia, Belarus, India, Iran and North Korea are not served. The company offers CFDs only on forex, metals, commodities, indices, stocks, cryptocurrencies and SyntX synthetic indices through Micro, Cent, Universe, Pro, SyntX, Raw Spread and ZuluTrade accounts on MetaTrader 5, MetaTrader 4 (ZuluTrade account), Weltrade Terminal, the mobile app and WebTrader; copy trading is also available. The minimum deposit is 1 USD on Micro, Cent, Universe and SyntX accounts and depends on the payment system; it is 10 USD on Pro, 100 USD on Raw Spread and 200 USD on ZuluTrade.
