According to its official website, XTX Markets is a London-based (14-18 Handyside Street) algorithmic trading firm that uses machine-learning technology to produce price forecasts for more than 53,000 financial instruments; it uses these forecasts to trade on exchanges and alternative trading venues and to offer liquidity directly to clients. The site says it has provided liquidity directly to institutional clients since its inception in 2015, has a daily traded volume of USD 250bn and trades across 35 countries. In the UK, XTX Markets Limited (FRN 711945) and XTX Markets Trading Limited are authorised by the FCA; in France, XTX Markets SAS is an investment firm authorised by the ACPR (CIB 13283); in the US, XTX Markets LLC and XTX Execution Services LLC are SEC-registered broker-dealers; and in India, XTX Markets LLP is a SEBI-registered stock broker; it also has offices in Singapore, Bristol, Yerevan and Finland. Its client business offers banks, institutional investors, hedge funds and retail broker clients bilateral liquidity in US, UK and European equities, spot FX, Asian NDFs and spot gold and silver.
