The complaint distribution is based on the latest 1-star reviews on the Yorkshire Building Society Trustpilot page (85) as of 8 October 2026; one person's reviews count once, and records about fake sites and third parties using the Yorkshire Building Society name are left out. Across the complaints, account opening, ID and power-of-attorney checks and online login problems, long waits and unanswered complaints, and delayed ISA transfers and withdrawals stand out.
