The complaint distribution is based on the 1-star reviews on ZEDRA's Trustpilot page (4) as of 8 October 2026; one person's reviews count once, and records about fake sites and third parties using the ZEDRA name are left out. Across the complaints, poor communication on trust and will matters, a delayed insurance payout and an allegation that a fee was demanded to release a will stand out.
